Can somebosy tell me how to make good brown and ground weed?? I need it for my recipe cookbook

Ground means grinding it up into a very fine texture. This can be done with scissors or with a coffee grinder.
Browned means taking that ground up mixture and browning it in oil in a saucepan or frying pan. Browning is done on med - low heat until a nice toasted aroma emerges from the pan. The ground mix should be slightly brown, but it is very important not to brown to the point of burning.
