Vancouver's Narco-Nazi anti-marijuana grow unit "Growbusters" requested that City Council Aprove their 1/2 million dollar a year budget which included the purchase of an infra-red thermal imaging device banned in the USA for it's infringement on the privacy of citizens.
Marc Emery stood alone as the only voice of opposition to this attack on the rights of the citizens of Vancouver.
