Primo stuff! The voices of reason and truth are being heard throughout the land. BRAVO!!!
In a way this legal challange is a test case for the freedom to express one's cultural identity, the cannabis culture, the community of plant/animal co-evolution even, and even the freedom to express and live one's spiritual beliefs defined as holistic interactions of humanity and Nature, the communion of religious/sacramental, entheogenic sentience and knowledge, growth and understanding through the gifts of God and Nature. The freedom to one's body, mind and the agriCULTURAL liberty to CULTivate foods, medicines, clothes, resources, farming, etc... is paramount in any open, free society.
There's a cultural war going on against cannabis and any form of "mind expansion" culture. It's inquisitional to try and control human beings through Prohibition and its edicts of criminalisation; it's a type of pogrom, in fact.
David, you're doing an excellent job, man! Thank you for your candid, honest approach and enlightening, articulate convictions that you communicate very effectively.
I love your Potshots Zine btw, especially on the Tree of Life origins and spiritual insights explored, related to the Kabbalah!
The connections to the ancient Hebrews and the Schools of Mystery etc., in relation to the cannabis plant is astonishing and fascinating, to say the least!
This is another important aspect of the amazing and wonderful uses of the Tree of Life, that it is also furnishing itself as a type of catalyst to understanding history. For it is evident that most of our public schools and educational institutions, besides the scandalous nature of organised religions, throughout history, who have been fradulantly presenting a distorted and censored history, fabricating lies, scapegoats and slander against not only past cultures in the Fertile Crescent but also supressing the truth about many past cultures, on many, many matters of Comparative Religion especially.
Someone wrote a review that you're like a kind of Moses. Where's your white beard man? g! With a name like Malvo-Levine, you got the right tribe anyway. lol! Somehow I don't see you as a lawgiver from the Almighty coming down off a mountain with stone tablets to smash over the heads of the infidels. Ha!
I think you'd be coming down from the summit with a huge brick of hashish, the universal laws written on the soft table of the heart, breathed in through the pure fumes of the incense; maybe hot-knife the heavenly slab on the stone tablets, eh!

In the past I've come down on you a little on how you portray yourself publicly for our cause. From what I have seen today, you know when to put the professional face on when its most needed. For that... thank you. Its people like you that will have us smoking legally in Canada. Quite honestly, its people like you that have gotten us to Decrim. Lets hope we can go that extra mile!
