Did you see the submachine gun that outdoor grower pulled out of nowhere like who do you think would protect thier outdoor grow like that? Or drag a policeman behind them ?
When you grow outdoors you caculate for deer and bad weather and mold and it being found and all the other things that can happen and you write it off to gods will or chance . That girl at the end she didnt exactly pick him out of a line up and from the earlier footage i couldnt see his face . cops basically saying "here he is do you recognize him" would probably get it thrown out of court on upcoming episoid of LA law

The dangers associated with growing marijuana are caused by prohibition . If you could have a green house in your backyard or basement properly inspected for electricity and safety and your house and property insured just as it would be had you any other valuables and neighbours keep watch in a friendly way there would be no complaints . Further Ma and Pa growers would flourish while organized crime lose its high profits . If you wished to offer your homegrown for comercial sale in the local cafe it would be taxed as any goods or services are taxed but if you wished to barter or give some to friends or neighbours just as you would tomatoes from your garden or homemade beer or jam it would not be taxed . Further one would expect that those with medical exemption would get discount at the cafes and not be taxed for their medicine .
