When I saw this video and heard Walters talking freakin' crap, I busted out laughin'. What did he say? Did he just say that the government likes to back up their policies with facts? Now, Mr. John Walters you want to rethink that statement? You said that BC bud is even 30% potent but you can't even say where that figure came from. Oh you say its a study, but what study? Where from? From who? I bet it's from you! Your doing such a terrible job that you have to say something good to kill ass to the American people and crack-addict George W.
