I find it interesting that Mimi Wesson, a professor at the University of Colorado School of Law, doesn't know that marijuana cannot be prescribed because of the scheduling of marijuana by the DEA. The government is facing the fact that they are over-stepping their bounds when prosecuting citizens for personal use grow-ops. They should also have mentioned the fact that the federal government distributes marijuana to sick people. With professors like this it's no wonder you can't get a good lawyer.
