Wth hours left to go in his stay at Saskatoon Correctional, Marc recounts his last saturday night in jail of pop, chips and movies with the other inmates, giving his stuff to them, and looks forward to picking up his $150 cheque for working in jail, and leaving to a snowy Sakatoon where he will be on The John Gorman show 11am Monday morning and closing the Saskatoon Vigil. It has been saddening to see a great leader in our movement suffer in the dungeons of the tyrants he fights so bravely against. At the same time I am sure this whole thing has only served to make Mr. Emery stronger, and thus streghten our entire movement. On top of this I am sure Marc has brought light to many who felt abandon in the dark place, where he shared thier suffering. Most importantly of all, I hope this serves to inspire people to get active and not be fearful of personal punnishment.
