A raid on a North Moss Point home led to the discovery of hundreds of marijuana plants growing inside. Jerry McDonald, 52, is the owner of the house. He was arrested on felony cultivation of marijuana charges and possession with the intent to distribute.

SANTA FE -- State Public Regulation Commissioner E. Shirley Baca says she won't resign in the wake of her arrest on drug charges and says she's the target of a witch hunt. Baca was taken into custody last Wednesday at Albuquerque's international airport. A criminal complaint says a substance that tested positive as marijuana and a glass pipe were found in her suitcase during security screening.
