CALIFORNIA APPEALS COURT RULES AGAINST GROWER FOR SAME ACTIONS DISMISSED IN MONTREAL LAST WEEK The Associated Press reports that a California state appeals court upheld a lower court ruling Thursday that Proposition 215 does not grant a medical marijuana grower immunity from prosecution.
