This is the story of the ruthless Alan B'Stard, a statesman in the tradition of Genghis Khan, who will stop at nothing to make himself richer and more comfortable. In this episode, titled 'H*A*S*H', there is a possibility that Cannabis could be legalised. Piers has been told to do the right thing for England when it comes up for a vote; problem is that he has forgotten what the right thing is! This could be the start of the biggest scam Alan has done in a long time, but the people already in the (illegal) industry may have something to say about the matter.
