It's the beginning of the end for Jean Chretien's long political career. CTV News has learned this will be the prime minister's last week in Parliament as an exit plan is set in motion for his early retirement. But, with all the goodbyes going on comes the death of Bill C-38, aime at deciminalizing small amounts of marijuana. "I have no intentions of rushing it," said Canadian Alliance MP Randy White, who sits on the committee studying the bill.

Newshawks: School Janitor Accused Of Growing Marijuana
Police: 46 Plants, Student List Found In Home
HAMILTON COUNTY, Ind. -- A Hamilton Southeastern High School janitor was arrested last week for allegedly having a marijuana-growing operation in his home.
Police said they were serving a protection order on Brant Davis, 29, when they found 46 plants in his home. Davis faces felony and misdemeanor charges.
